What is the Easy Offer

Bigger Savings: A Buyer with no Agent Means no Buyer Agent Commission

What is the Easy Offer?

The Easy Offer Plan is a method we use to help sellers find buyers without an agent. This plan is completely optional, but most sellers prefer it because when a buyer purchases your property without an agent, there is potential for even greater savings.

How it Works

We attract buyers to your listing through our website, for sale signs, and QR code. This QR code specifically links directly to our listings page. If you choose to have your name and phone number displayed on your listing, the buyer can schedule a showing, ask questions, or even make an offer directly through our website with our easy offer portal. We’re actively working to find a buyer without an agent, helping you save even more money.

What We Do

If you and the buyer agree on price and terms, we will process the entire sale. We handle:

  • All Required Paperwork
  • Inspections, Disclosures
  • Closing Documents
  • Lender Requirements
  • Any other necessary paperwork or duties to help the buyer get to a closing

We have found that even when buyers choose to represent themselves, considerable work is still required to assist them and ensure the sale closes smoothly. To cover this effort, we charge the buyer a nominal fee. The seller pays nothing for the easy offer plan.

All of this means more money in your pocket.

Note: If the buyer has a buyer agreement with a real estate agent, they will not be able to use the Easy Offer Plan. In this case, their offer will come directly through their realtor.

What is your success rate?

Our success rate is 100% when sellers follow our advice but ultimately your success rate will depend on what you do. If you over price your property there is nothing we can do to make it sell.

Do agents show flat fee listings?

Yes agents show flat fee listings. Your listing will look no different than any other listing. The only commission agents care about is theirs not how much you paid us. Also the listing agent commission is not posted on the MLS so nobody will know what you paid us. You decide how much you are going to offer the buyer’s agent.
