Our Flat Fee Listings Include the Easy Offer Plan
Finding a Buyer for Your Flat Fee Listing with – NO BUYER AGENT
With our Flat Fee Easy Offer Plan, we intentionally work to connect unrepresented buyers directly with our sellers listing.
We do this by:
- Using a QR code on the real estate sign that links buyers to the listing
- Encouraging buyers to contact the seller directly to schedule a showing
- Providing a link on our website where buyers can submit offers directly to the seller “Easy Offer Portal”
- Forward all leads directly to the seller
What if the Buyer has a Realtor
Simply put if the buyer is being represented by a real estate agent, they are unable to use the Easy Offer Plan. They would need to have their real estate agent submit the offer on their behalf.
What do we do as your Flat Fee Listing Broker
After the property is under contract, we:
-
Help arrange the buyer’s inspections and appraisal
-
Assist with any issues that arise during the process.
-
Coordinate with the buyer’s lender and title company to ensure all information is properly submitted for closing.
-
Handle communication between buyer and seller to ensure a smooth, successful transaction.
We represent the SELLER ONLY, but we can help guide the buyer through the process to ensure a seamless experience for both sides.
Closing the Sale
Because we handle additional work processing the sale through our Easy Offer Plan, we charge the buyer a nominal fee. If a buyer has an agent, their agent would normally handle the sale on their behalf. Since we take on those responsibilities in the absence of an agent, we charge the buyer a small fee of $1,000 at closing.
The seller does not pay a fee for the Easy Offer Plan.
Bottom Line

We find that most sellers using our flat fee MLS listing service prefer to use our easy offer plan. It’s just another way to save paying high realtor fees and keep more money in the seller’s pocket. Our sellers find that the sale goes much more smoothly when we handle the process for the buyer. Communication is streamlined and efficient, resulting in a great selling experience.
