Great experience with Scott and Terry. The were very knowledgeable about the process and were very helpful with the entire transaction although I never saw them in person. They handle everything via telecommunications, but were very thorough in providing expertise during the listing and negotiation phase. They saved me $12,000 in commissions while providing the same level of expertise.

Scott is a discount realtor, and he was perfect for someone like me who has bought and sold a number of properties over the years and knows the market. I saved about 50% of what I’d have paid with a traditional realtor. Scott listed and made changes to the listing promptly. He made sure the listing and contract followed state and federal law, and except for the closing, electronic rather than paper documents were used. He’s very professional and provided some advice when appropriate. Scott proves traditional realtors charge too much. I highly recommend him
